About the Project

Driven by excellence, nvoii provides an innovative crewing app, serving clients and crews alike. Experience the ease of crewing with just a few taps! Download our app, post a trip and find flight crews in real-time. Take advantage of NVOII’s modern platform with an array of features advantageous to operators as well as crew.

My Roles:

As a Product Designer for the hospital management application, I was tasked with ensuring a seamless alignment between the interface and the diverse range of roles within the healthcare environment. Working closely with hospital administrators, medical staff, and various user groups, I focused on creating an intuitive and user-friendly design that facilitated efficient workflow management. This involved crafting streamlined interfaces tailored to doctors and nurses, as well as designing accessible patient portals. Throughout my involvement, I empathized with users’ needs, conducted extensive user research, and translated these insights into visually appealing and functional designs. By enabling clear navigation, intuitive data entry, and effective communication tools, my contributions aimed to enhance patient care, streamline administrative tasks, and foster collaboration among healthcare professionals with varying responsibilities.

How to use the NVOII app

Flight Crew / Operator sign-up

Once signed in update your profile and turning on the availability switch makes your profile visible to Operators. You will then have the option to search for trips or wait to be contacted via an operator.

Trip Request

A crew member with the the respective ratings finds and applies for a trip. The crew members profile maybe viewed by the Operator prior to being awarded the trip.

Trip Acceptance

Both the crew and the operator will first need to verify the trip’s information as well as all of the associated documentation; ratings, certificates etc.

Trip Completion

Upon trip completion the operator as well as the crew will assess all elements of the trip especially areas where issues may have been encountered and requires additional improvements for the future.

Ratings and feedback

Upon trip completion both the crew members and the operators will then be able to rate their trip experience from 1 to 5 stars. This will serve as a guide for all future crew members and operators.
